These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and Highland99 (hereinafter referred to as "Highland99", "we", "us", or "the Company") with respect to your access to and use of the Highland99 online gaming platform accessible at highland99.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Highland99 operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting service designed specifically for the Malaysian market. The Platform serves players across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions. All monetary values referenced throughout these Terms are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the Highland99 Platform by a Player.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings, net of withdrawals and wagers settled.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-spin equivalents, or other incentive credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "Rollover") means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" means any online casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, sports betting market, crash game, or any other wagering product made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, being the identity and address verification processes required by Highland99 in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Payment Method" means any accepted channel for depositing or withdrawing funds, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and BNB.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is not permitted under applicable law or under Highland99's operational policies.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the self-exclusion, deposit limit, session time limit, and cool-off features available to Players within their Account settings.

Access to and use of the Highland99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active. Highland99 enforces strict age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Personal Account: You must register and operate the Account solely in your own name, for your personal use only. Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or operated by a third party, are strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban.
• Accurate Information: All personal information provided during registration and during any subsequent KYC process must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, whether through Highland99's own tools or through any external responsible gambling service with which Highland99 has a notification arrangement.

To access the full range of services on the Highland99 Platform, you are required to complete the account registration process. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

4.1 Registration Process

You will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a mobile phone number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You may also be required to confirm your agreement to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy as part of the registration flow.

4.2 KYC Verification

Highland99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the Payment Method used for deposits.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in Account closure. KYC procedures are conducted in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Highland99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify Highland99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

All financial transactions on the Highland99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the native currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and converted to a MYR-equivalent balance at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment channels are currently supported on the Platform:

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Players may set personal deposit limits via their Account's Responsible Gambling settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed satisfactory KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case bank transfer will be offered.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the Account balance must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.
• Highland99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding MYR 10,000 in a single transaction or MYR 30,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Highland99 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that Highland99 deems suspicious may be reported to the relevant authorities. Funds deposited through fraudulent, unauthorised, or illegal means will be seized and the relevant Account immediately suspended pending investigation.

Highland99 offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms of each offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover"). The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated at the time of the offer. Players are required to wager the total bonus amount (or in some cases, the deposit plus bonus amount) the stated number of times before any balance derived from that bonus becomes withdrawable. Unless otherwise specified, only slots contribute 100% toward meeting wagering requirements; live casino and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

Whilst a player holds an active bonus balance, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is MYR 250 per round or per bet. Placing wagers in excess of this limit whilst bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings associated with it.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance, as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Any bonus balance and associated wagering progress that remains incomplete at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account automatically. No extension of bonus expiry windows will be granted except at the sole and absolute discretion of Highland99.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Highland99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback any bonus awarded where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering predominantly on low-edge or excluded games to artificially satisfy rollover requirements; coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics; or registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of Highland99.

All games and betting markets available on the Highland99 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market type, as displayed within the game interface or sports betting section. In addition to those specific rules, the following general provisions apply:

7.1 RNG Certification

All casino games powered by random number generation (RNG) on the Platform are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panel. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of domestic and international events, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major sporting competitions. Odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. Bets accepted prior to an odds change remain valid at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

7.3 Void and Cancelled Bets

Highland99 reserves the right to void bets that were accepted in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or where the integrity of a market is in question. In such circumstances, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance. The determination of whether a bet should be voided rests at the sole discretion of Highland99, acting in good faith.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, Highland99 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state from server-side logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned. Winnings resulting from malfunctions that clearly contradict the intended game mechanics will not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Highland99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform functionality;
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains are not considered valid winnings and will be reversed;
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose connected to the proceeds of crime;
• Registering a duplicate Account or registering an Account on behalf of a third party who is ineligible to hold an Account in their own name;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of IP obfuscation;
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in connection with legitimate, properly processed deposits.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the Highland99 Platform ("Intellectual Property") are the proprietary property of Highland99 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of Highland99.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's Intellectual Property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Highland99 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, third-party service outages, or telecommunications failures;
• Any delay or failure in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to the policies or systems of a payment service provider, bank, or financial institution;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• The accuracy or completeness of any third-party information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to sports event statistics and odds data.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Highland99 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We believe gaming should remain a form of entertainment and we actively provide tools and resources to help our players maintain control over their gambling behaviour.

11.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Account holders via Account Settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session notifications at set intervals to promote awareness of time spent playing.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend gaming access for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks) while retaining Account access for review purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen (minimum six months). During self-exclusion, Highland99 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent Account access.

11.2 Age Verification

Players must be 21 years of age or above. Highland99 employs age verification at registration and reserves the right to conduct additional age verification checks at any time. Accounts confirmed to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and funds will be held in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

11.3 Problem Gambling Support

Highland99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or of any other applicable Highland99 policy;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the Account;
• The Account holder being subject to an active self-exclusion, either through Highland99's own tools or through a recognised external exclusion programme;
• Direction by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine real-money balance (exclusive of bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.1 Voluntary Closure

A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting Highland99 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to an active bonus must be disclosed. Real-money balances net of unsatisfied bonus funds will be returned subject to standard KYC procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Highland99's operating jurisdiction as determined by its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved in the first instance through Highland99's internal dispute resolution process.

13.1 Internal Dispute Process

In the event of a dispute, you should contact Highland99 customer support in the first instance, providing full particulars of your complaint. Highland99 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where additional information or investigation is required, the timeline may be extended and you will be notified accordingly.

13.2 Escalation

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism of the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence Highland99 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available upon request from Highland99 customer support.

Highland99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Account holders via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, with a minimum advance notice period of seven (7) days except where immediate amendment is required by law or by the direction of a regulatory authority.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
